Scope and content
A letter, dated December 27, 1943, from Pedro E. Schwartz, Esq., Consul General of Spain (Montreal), to the Rosebery Japanese Committee. The letter reads:
“Gentlemen:
I am writing to acknowledge with many thanks the receipt of your letter of December 20th,in which you kindly informed me that you shipped presents for the Japanese internees at Camp 101 on the 13th of this month by Canadian Pacific Express.
I appreciate your good wishes very much, and I return to you my best compliments of the season.”
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
